Established and novel modeling techniques are used to describe the behaviour of complex embedded systems in safety-critical environments.
Visualization techniques provide an easily intelligible presentation of the analyses in which potential failures and their causes can be identified. This helps with managing and mitigating the overall risk.

28.11.2018 - Career Night with Fraunhofer Escape Game
On 12 December, interested STEM students and graduates will be able to inform themselves directly about career entry and opportunities at Fraunhofer in Kaiserslautern. But that's not all: Together with the researchers, they will able to discuss the ideas of tomorrow and face a challenge that demands knowledge, technical skills and a strong team spirit: the Fraunhofer Escape Game. The players will solve puzzles, combine clues and crack codes together to ward off a hacker attack and to prevent "all data from being lost". Attention: Places for the Escape Game are limited!
